2. Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered by Digi Tech Bit shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Intellectual Property: Any content, designs, or intellectual property created by Digi Tech Bit during the course of providing services shall remain the property of Digi Tech Bit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary assets, such as website credentials, brand guidelines, and marketing materials, to facilitate the provision of services by Digi Tech Bit.
5. Confidentiality: Digi Tech Bit agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by the client, and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.
6. Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation of services by the client, refunds shall be issued in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Digi Tech Bit reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for services already rendered.
